Interim HR Business Partner
Partnering with business leaders and employees across the organisation drive business results, enable continuous improvement and increase employee engagement to support the people and business strategy.
Main duties and responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders to achieve high
levels of trust, respect and professionalism
Advise and coach managers on how the people agenda may be ‘worked’ to
deliver success.
Support a culture of high performance where talent is recognised, stretched and
poor performance managed, ideally to achieve higher levels of performance.
Enable, and challenge, team cultures and behaviours to ensure that they are consistent with organisational culture at all times.
Analyse People trends and metrics, understanding data and insight (externally and
internally) to compare progress to KPI’s and inform decision making and prioritisation.
Manage, develop and motivate HR Advisor, enabling the delivery of a responsive and effective service to the organisation.
Support all managers and employees on HR policies and practices that ensure fairness and expediency ensuring that those policies and practices are upto date and support both legal requirement and also business need.
Develop plans and report on recruitment, training, succession planning and talent development and support stakeholders to effectively implement them.
Resolve complex employee relations and absence issues.
Support managers in the effective resourcing of their teams ensuring inclusivity in how we recruit, how we develop and who we promote.
Participate in the development and delivery of HR programmes including compensiation and benefits and Learning and Development.
Contribute to, and lead, the development and implementation of HR initiatives that support the business’s growth and change.
Develop an external network to be up-to-date in terms of practice within the sector.
Collaborate with HR colleagues to support a ‘one team’ approach and challenge so that we may continuously improve to deliver the People Strategy, organisation strategy and business plans.
