HSL Compliance is one of the leading companies in the legal compliance market. Our primary business activities are to support our customers in their compliance with relevant legislation and to protect their staff from hazardous materials or activities.
Since our first contract in 1976, we now employ over 740 qualified and experienced personnel to deliver an extensive range of compliance services to the public and private sector across the UK. We carry out over 120,000 planned compliance visits every year, many of them for clients we have partnered with over many years.

Alchem Industries join HSL Compliance, Water Treatment division formed.
Kiwa sell UK & Europe businesses to LDC & existing management team.
Staff and contracts from Aegis Water Treatment transfer into the water treatment division
Albany Oak, based in South Wales, join the group, offering waste water treatment and chemical supply
DMA Canyon join the group, forming the Scotland region for HSL Compliance
Jordan Environmental join the group, expanding service offering in East of England
CTS in Belfast join the group, giving HSL Compliance first office in Ireland.
Plexus Innovation join the group bring remote monitoring and technology
RJ Urmson become part of the group, bring fire and air compliance services.
Advanced Water Technologies join the group, significantly expanding the water treatment coverage
Houseman Environmental & APC Compliance, based in the Midlands, join the group
Crosmill become part of the group and extend our water treatment chemical offering
IK Partners become primary investor in the HSL Group with LDC remaining invested.
Carb’n off joins the group, extension of our kitchen extract cleaning division
ICE Plumbing are acquired adding increased mechanical works into the Water Hygiene division
