What This Role Offers

This role is ideal for an individual with strong technical knowledge who is passionate about developing others and driving compliance standards. In this position, you will act as the internal subject matter expert, supporting onboarding processes, mentoring new starters, and ensuring that all work aligns with ACOP L8, HSG274, and company procedures.

This is an excellent opportunity to step into a technically focused leadership role, where you will have the ability to influence quality and standards across the business.

What You’ll Do

• Delivering onboarding, mentoring, and technical training

• Leading on compliance standards and best practice

• Supporting PDA (Power Platform) usage and data accuracy

• Carrying out competency assessments and audits

• Driving continuous improvement across operational teams

· Competency assessment capability, including auditing, identifying gaps, and completing sign-off using Culverdocs

What You’ll Bring

Essential

• Strong technical knowledge of water hygiene and compliance (ACOP L8, HSG274, HTM04-01).

• Strong understanding of method statements and safe systems of work.

• Experience using digital field systems / PDA apps (Power Platform experience desirable).

• Strong understanding of compliance reporting and data accuracy requirements.
