Remedial Technician / Plumber

Location: Swansea / Port Talbot / Merthyr

Salary: £17.31 per hour

Looking for a hands-on role where every day is different? At HSL Compliance, we’re looking for motivated individuals with a positive attitude, good work ethic, and a full driving licence to join our team.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform remedial repairs to ensure water system compliance

  • Travel to different sites each day (company vehicle provided after training)

  • Install, repair, and maintain pipework, tanks, and valves

  • Conduct water sampling

  • Clean and disinfect water tanks and systems.

  • Keep accurate records and liaise with clients onsite

  • Follow HSE’s ACoP L8 and all health & safety protocols

What We’re Looking For

• A full UK driving licence (essential)

· Recognised plumbing qualifications or time served as a professional plumber.

• Reliability and strong work ethic

• Confidence to work independently

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Proactive and enjoys solving problems

  • Previous experience in water hygiene or legionella control (beneficial)

• Ability to follow processes and work safely
