Reporting directly to the Service Delivery Director, you will act as the primary operational point of contact for Microsoft Power Platform administration, end-user support, and data governance.
You will manage data structures, set up user permissions and PDAs for new starters, assist with contract mobilisations, and provide responsive first-line support to field-based engineers. Combining data governance with hands-on troubleshooting, you will ensure our system data is accurate, up-to-date, and optimized to drive smooth service delivery across the business.
What You’ll Be Doing

Conduct proactive data reviews to identify and correct duplicate, missing, or obsolete records.
Support new client setups by configuring customer portals, pricing structures, asset registers, and site details.
Provide prompt remote and telephone support to field engineers experiencing issues with PDAs, Power Platform apps, or system access.
Configure, test, and deploy PDAs and app permissions for new starters, delivering practical onboarding support.
Log recurring technical trends, create guidance/SOPs, and escalate unresolved system bugs to ICT or developers with clear diagnostics.
Recommend system and workflow improvements to enhance data accuracy, user experience, and operational efficiency.
Partner with Service Delivery Managers, Training Managers, and ICT to resolve discrepancies, test upgrades, and champion data compliance.
What We’re Looking For
Experience administering business platforms—ideally Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)—including managing operational data and user permissions.
Background in managing data accuracy, resolving inconsistencies, and handling contract/site mobilisation data.
Proven track record providing technical helpdesk or application support to end-users and mobile/field-based teams (facilities management, engineering, or compliance environment preferred).
Skilled at managing shared support queues, prioritizing competing requests, and taking ownership of issues through to resolution.
